The whole experience was comfortable! The hotel was nice and excellent thanks to its courteous staff. The location was great and comfortable, just off the lake and the town, and the racecourse. The deluxe twin room had all we needed, including particularly good bathroom. The food was great and we enjoyed it.

The accommodation here is fairly clean, and the staff is polite and courteous. It's conveniently located near the train station, Gregory Lake, and the main road. 😊.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Nuwara Eliya that I would highly recommend. The first thing that struck me was the amazing value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. Speaking of service, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond, helping us arrange transportation and even offering to drive us to the train station when our tuk tuk was late. The hotel also had a great location, not far from the center and just near the lake, with beautiful views of the surrounding area from the breakfast area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with private showers and good hot water pressure. this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of value, service, and location.

Our stay at Thilina Hotel was a pleasant one. We loved the modern and fresh room, with comfortable furniture and a cozy bed. The hot water pressure in the bathroom was great, and we didn't have to ask for extra blankets or a heater as the temperature inside the room was perfect. Despite the road noise, which we found moderate, it didn't bother us at all. I'll recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, with modern furniture and great hot water pressure. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when my friend and I checked into the wrong room. They even had lit candles waiting for us outside our door after a power outage caused by a storm. The hotel is conveniently located near the racecourse and lake, not too far from the city center and easily accessible by tuk-tuk. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was good.

Spent Easter weekend in a charming hotel nestled in the mountains! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was so welcoming and cheerful. It was lovely to wake up and see the stunning views all around the hotel. We really appreciated the delicious food that was served, especially the local dishes which were fantastic. the location was perfect with easy access to the town center and other tourist attractions.

The only downside of this wonderful hotel was that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit, and it can be a little noisy due to the location being on a main road. However, we still enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable experience.

Located close to a beautiful lake and just a short tuk tuk ride away from the bustling center. the staff are friendly, professional and always willing to help. the Sri Lankan breakfast is authentic and delicious. the rooms are spacious, clean, and filled with natural light.

One minor issue was the bathroom being a bit small and cramped for some, but it was clean and functional.

I spent my Christmas holidays at a hotel nestled amidst lush greenery with a spectacular mountain view. the rooms were clean, comfortable and picked up my Christmas cheer with beautiful decorations. the hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the food was delicious and gave us the local experience. the location provided us with an opportunity to explore the nearby places with ease.

I would have preferred if there was an elevator as the stairs could be difficult to climb for some. the hotel could be better insulated to provide warmth in the cold weather.
